Life is too short to be lived on autopilot. Intentional living for what matters can take your life from "same old, same old," to one in alignment with your values and aspirations.
I’ve spent over three decades in the worlds of teaching, program development, and psychology. Think of me as your guide. One who’s got a treasure trove of life hacks, insights, and strategies to share.
